   After placing your order, email your pet’s photos and customization details to support@furevo.com. Please include your order number so we can match your information correctly.
3. We Review & Confirm
   
   Our team will review your photos and customization request. If we need any additional information, we will contact you before production begins.
4. Your Custom Piece Is Created
   
   Our artisans will carefully create your personalized item based on the photos and details you provide.
5. Preview & Approval
   
   For applicable custom products, we will send you a preview of the finished piece before shipment so you can review the final result.
6. Carefully Packed & Shipped
   
   Once approved and completed, your order will be carefully packed and shipped to you.

All FurEvo personalized products are made to order.

Production time varies depending on the product type, level of customization, complexity, and current production schedule.

The estimated production time for each item is shown on its individual product page.

Because our custom products require individual craftsmanship, occasional delays may occur. If your order requires additional production time, we will contact you by email.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Once your custom order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

7–14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

For products that include a final preview, we will send you photos or other applicable preview materials before shipment.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, FurEvo includes:

Up to 2 complimentary revisions before shipment.

Revision requests should be reasonable adjustments to customization details and must remain within the original design and order specifications.

Please note that handmade and personalized products may naturally differ slightly from photographs or digital references.

Once the final product has been approved and shipped, additional revisions can no longer be made.

Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, your order may enter the customization or production process and can no longer be cancelled.

The quality of your custom product depends greatly on the reference materials you provide.

For the best result, we recommend submitting:

• Clear, high-resolution photos
• Multiple angles whenever possible
• Photos taken in good lighting
• Clear views of important colors, markings, facial features, shapes, or other unique details
• Any special customization instructions you would like us to consider

Please avoid heavily filtered, blurry, dark, cropped, or low-resolution photos whenever possible.

If the reference materials are insufficient, our team may contact you for additional information before production begins.

Every FurEvo personalized product is individually created rather than mass-produced.

Depending on the product and material, small variations may naturally occur in:

• Size
• Shape
• Color
• Texture
• Proportions
• Placement of details
• Surface finish
• Handmade characteristics

These variations are a natural part of customized and handcrafted products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Because each piece is created from customer-provided photos and information, an exact photographic reproduction cannot always be guaranteed.

Because FurEvo products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product or size selection by the customer
• Minor differences caused by handmade craftsmanship
• Differences between the finished product and the reference photo that fall within reasonable handmade variation
• Customer-provided photos or customization information that were inaccurate or incomplete
