Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how FurEvo collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when customers visit the FurEvo store, place an order, submit pet photos or customization details, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with FurEvo, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and shipping or billing address;
  • Order and transaction information, such as products ordered, customization selections, order number, payment status, shipping information, and customer-service history;
  • Pet photos, pet stories, names, descriptions, markings, poses, and other customization materials that you choose to submit;
  • Communications sent by email, WhatsApp, or other approved support channels;
  • Device, browser, cookie, and online activity information collected through the Shopify store and associated technologies; and
  • Information needed to prevent fraud, protect the service, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

Payment information is processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers. FurEvo may receive transaction status and related records but does not need to store complete payment-card details.

How We Use Information

FurEvo may use information to:

  • Process, customize, produce, preview, ship, and support orders;
  • Match submitted pet photos and customization details to an order;
  • Communicate about photo receipt, production scheduling, progress, previews, modifications, shipping, and customer service;
  • Maintain business, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution records;
  • Improve store operations, products, and customer experience;
  • Detect fraud, misuse, technical problems, or security incidents; and
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Pet Photos and Customization Records

Pet photos and customization records may be retained for up to 24 months for order production, customer support, permitted recordkeeping, eligible reorders, and dispute resolution.

Pet photos submitted for an order are not automatically authorized for advertising, social media, portfolio, or other promotional use.

FurEvo will obtain separate permission before using submitted pet photos or related custom content for promotional purposes. Declining promotional permission will not affect order fulfillment.

How We Share Information

FurEvo may share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that support store hosting, payment processing, production, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, shipping, and customer support. Shopify processes information as the commerce platform supporting this store.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect customers or others, investigate fraud or security concerns, or respond to a lawful request.

Service providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s country. Where required, FurEvo will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Cookies and Online Technologies

The FurEvo store and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand usage, prevent fraud, and support advertising or analytics where permitted.

Available privacy controls may depend on your location, browser, and Shopify settings. Customers may use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the store footer where available.

Data Retention

FurEvo retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, legal compliance, accounting, security, and dispute resolution.

Pet photos and customization records may be retained for up to 24 months. Other records may be retained for different periods where reasonably required by law or legitimate business needs.

Your Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law, customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. Customers may also object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To submit a privacy request, email support@furevopets.com. FurEvo may need to verify the requester’s identity before completing a request.

Some information may not be eligible for immediate deletion where retention is required for order fulfillment, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

Security

FurEvo uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Information

FurEvo’s services are not intended for children to purchase independently. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review the matter.

Changes to This Policy

FurEvo may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted through the Shopify store.
