Overview and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FurEvo website and your purchase of products from FurEvo (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting the store, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to customers in the United States. Additional terms shown on a product page, at checkout, or in our other policies may also apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including your contact, billing, and shipping details.

Products and Pricing

FurEvo offers personalized and handmade products. Product descriptions, images, and materials are provided for general reference. Prices, availability, and product options may change at any time without notice. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit or refuse orders where permitted by law.

Personalized Orders

FurEvo products are custom-made based on the pet photos, names, and product-page options you provide. Because each item is created specifically for you, it is not a mass-produced product and may differ from any digital preview or reference in the ways described in these Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting them, including spelling, names, dates, and customization selections.

Customer Photos and Submitted Content

To create your order, you may submit pet photos, names, stories, and other customization materials ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or otherwise have all rights necessary to use it and to authorize its use for your order, and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

Please do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you are not authorized to share.

Limited License to Process Customer Content

You grant FurEvo a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process the Customer Content you submit solely as needed to design, produce, fulfill, and provide customer support for your order and for related internal recordkeeping.

This license does not automatically grant FurEvo the right to use your photos or Customer Content for advertising, marketing, portfolio, or other promotional purposes. We will request separate permission before using submitted content for any such promotional purpose. You may contact us to request deletion of eligible content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Revisions and Design Changes

Before shipment, you may request up to one reasonable complimentary revision. A reasonable revision means a small adjustment to customization details that stays within the scope of the original order, the original submitted photos, and the original customization requirements.

Requests that amount to a new concept or a substantial redesign may require additional time or charges, and we will discuss any such change with you before proceeding. Once the final preview process is complete and the order has shipped, further changes are not available.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders can no longer be cancelled once design work has begun, because each item is created specifically for you and work may already be underway. If you need to cancel, please contact us at support@furevopets.com with your order number as soon as possible after placing your order.

Production and Shipping

Production time for handmade products is generally 6–8 business days. This estimate may vary depending on the product type, level of customization, complexity, and current order volume, and production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping generally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date, including holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns, Refunds, and Quality Issues

Because products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, for customer-selected options, or for minor natural variations of handmade work.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed customization, please contact us at support@furevopets.com within 7 days after delivery. Claims received more than 7 days after delivery can no longer be accepted.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, a replacement, a remake, a partial refund, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Please do not return an item without receiving return instructions from us first.

Payments and Billing

Payment is required at the time you place your order. Payments are processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers. You agree to provide accurate, current, and authorized payment information. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges associated with your order as shown at checkout or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

The FurEvo store, including its name, logo, text, graphics, product designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to FurEvo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content. The limited license described above does not transfer ownership of your content to FurEvo.

Third-Party Services, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability

Our store may rely on third-party services, such as hosting, payment processing, and shipping providers, which are provided on their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

The Services and products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, FurEvo disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our liability for any claim related to the Services or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. The current version will be posted through the FurEvo store, and continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
