How It Works

Your Pet, Lovingly Recreated by Hand

Every FurEvo keepsake is individually handmade from your pet’s photos and story. Because each piece is custom, the process includes time for design, crafting, review, and careful finishing.

1. Place Your Order

Choose the product and available customization options you would like, then complete checkout. Shipping rates vary by destination and product and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Send Us Your Pet’s Photos and Details

After placing your order, email your pet photos and story or customization details to support@furevopets.com. Please include your order number in the email so we can match your materials to the correct order.

Clear photos from several angles are helpful. You may also tell us about distinctive markings, colors, expressions, personality traits, poses, or other details that you would like us to capture.

3. We Confirm Your Materials and Schedule

FurEvo will confirm by email when your photos and customization details have been received. We will also provide an estimated production time. If production scheduling is required, we will notify you by email.

4. Your Keepsake Is Handmade

Our typical production time for handmade felt or plush work is approximately 30–45 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Highly detailed markings, poses, accessories, or other customization may require additional time.

Handmade work naturally involves small differences in color, shape, texture, proportions, stitching, and artistic interpretation. These variations are part of the character of a one-of-a-kind handmade piece and are not normally considered defects.

5. Receive a Progress Update

We will provide at least one production progress update while your keepsake is being made.

6. Review the Final Preview

Before shipment, FurEvo will provide a final product preview by email and/or WhatsApp. You may request up to two reasonable complimentary modifications before shipment.

Modification requests must remain consistent with the original order, submitted photos, and agreed customization. Requests that substantially change the design may require additional time or charges, which would be discussed before proceeding.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Once the final preview process is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment. Shipping generally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, although carrier, customs, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside FurEvo’s control may affect delivery time.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local charges are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
